Code intelligence on GitHub embedded code snippets

At Sourcegraph, we think you deserve code intelligence whenever you're looking at code. So, when GitHub introduced embedded code snippets for GitHub issues, we quickly updated the Sourcegraph Chrome extension to add code intelligence to these snippets.
